How We Can Work Together

Ads in Newspapers Or Magazines : If you see an advertisement for a home that looks interesting, call and give us the information and we will check it out for you. Alternatively, you can call the agent yourself and ask for the price. If you call the agent, tell them that our team is helping you find a home. If the home is in your price range, obtain the address, and if available, the MLS number. We will send you the listing printout if you'd like.

For Sale Signs : If you see a For Sale sign by another company on a home and you want to know the price, call the telephone number on the sign. Tell the person that answers the phone that you are working with our team and that you would like to know the price of the home. If the home is in your price range, obtain the MLS number if its available. We'll send you the listing printout on the home if you desire, or you can simply call us with the phone number on the sign, and we'll further research the property for you.

For Sale by Owners : If you see a home for sale by owner, call our team with the phone number and address. We will get you detailed information on the home and arrange an appointment for you to see the home. If you would like to buy the home, we will prepare the offer for you and do all the negotiating with the seller on your behalf. Because the property is not listed, we will charge the seller a vastly reduced commission.

Open Houses : If you see an Open House held by another Realtor that looks interesting, stop by and visit it. When you walk in the door, tell them you are working with me. Remember, the agent in the home is representing the seller, not you!

Home Study : Do Your Homework! Study the listings that I give to you. Drive by homes. Check out neighborhoods. If you see any homes that you are interested in, call our team and we'll make an appointment for you to see them. Call Our Team For Appointments: Never call the owner of a listed property directly. We must work through the listing agent. Never look at houses with another agent without talking to our team first...with the exception of open houses.

What To Say : Always tell other agents that you are working with our team. You will then be given the information without having to answer lots of questions and they will not bother you.
